The main findings of the skills gap analysis will be exploited to prepare the training programmes and the learning outcomes to be achieved through the training and the feasibility analysis for pilot activities.
The aim is to develop new specific skills for sustainability managers willing to innovate their cultural/creative management models.
The partners and their main stakeholders will thus benefit from a full mobility scheme to foster knowledge and to learn from peers at European level on how to effectively implement innovative business models in order to become more circular and sustainable in their operation.
The beneficiaries will attend 40 online training hours to acquire and/or foster skills in assessing environmental impact, engaging staff and stakeholders towards greater sustainability, innovating business practices, etc. Then they will access 64 hours of non-formal and peer-to-peer training, organized in different “training hotspots” (16 training hours each) for the 4 fields addressed by the project - namely: 1Reduction and reuse of food and beverage waste; 2 Circularity and material innovation from garbage; 3Energy efficiency in buildings; 4Community engagement in achieving sustainable practices.
On this basis, the capacity building programme for partners will be developed and implemented not only to develop new skills for sustainability managers, but also to capitalise success stories and to transfer those good practices to creative hubs tenants.
The elaboration of the capacity building programme phase began with the very beginning of the project itself (Oct. 24), and it’s still ongoing!
